Submission Details: • Submit your creative item between 10 am and 2 pm at the Craft Corner at RKTNC.
• Label your submissions properly with the First Name, Last Name, Age, and Group Number.

Award Ceremony: The Award Ceremony will be at RKTNC on Sunday, November 10, at 12:30 pm after Sunday Satsang.

• The organization reserves the right to use the photographs taken at this event for social media, marketing materials, etc.
• Organizers reserve the right to deny registration in case of scheduling conflicts. Denied participants will be notified, and the registration fee will be refunded.
• Organizers reserve the right to cancel a planned contest based on the number of registrations. Canceled contests will be notified, and the registration fee will be refunded.
• All drop-in contests should be completed by 2 PM. All participants should be at the venue by 10 AM. Timing for each contest will be given at the door.
• Prizes are dependent on the number of entries in each contest category.
• The registration fee is non-refundable unless the contest is canceled by the organizers.
• Subgroups within a contest may vary based on the actual number of registrations.
