Radha Krishna Temple of North Carolina presents Sanskriti 2025, a spectacular competition for preserving and promoting Indian Culture and Heritage.
This forum offers an exceptional opportunity for everyone to cherish the vibrant tapestry of Indian culture, strengthen their connection with rich Indian heritage, celebrate the uniqueness of different Indian traditions, and enhance their appreciation for Indian values.
It is a fun-filled in-person family event that provides a platform for all of us to participate in a wide range of 30+ contests and showcase our talent, creativity, and ability in the divine abode of Radha and Krishna.

- If registering multiple children, then please register each child separately.
- [+] How will the registration fee be impacted after the Early Bird Discount ends on March 1?
- After the Early Bird Discount ends on March 1, the registration price for each contest will increase by $5.
- [+] Where will the Onstage Contest Happen?
- Onstage contests will occur on the stage (Seva Kunj) and inside the temple (Nand Bhavan)
- [+] When will Registration End for various contests?
- The last day to register for the contests is March 25. However, registrations can close earlier if the maximum number of participants that can be accommodated in any specific event has already been reached.
- [+] How will the Group Number be decided in group contests?
- In the case of group contests, the age of the oldest participant will determine the group number.
- [+] How are multiple participants in a group supposed to register?
- Each participant of the group is supposed to register separately.
- [+]When will the detailed Sanskriti contest schedule become available?
- Detailed Sanskriti schedule for each event will be available a couple of weeks before the first day of the Sanskriti Contest, Friday, April 25.
- [+]When are participants supposed to arrive on the day of the contest?

- All onstage participants should check in at least 1 hour before the start time of their contest.
- All offstage participants should check in at least 30 minutes before the start time of their contest.
- [+] Will food be available during the Sanskriti event?
- Food will be available for purchase on all three days. On Sunday, April 27, the day of the award ceremony, all participants will receive a complimentary dinner.
Terms and Conditions
- Organizers reserve the right to deny registration if scheduling conflicts exist. Participants will be notified if denied, and the registration fee will be completely refunded.
- Organizers reserve the right to cancel a planned contest; decisions will be made based on the number of registrations. If an event is canceled, registrants will be notified, and the registration fee will be refunded entirely.
- Apart from the above two terms, the contest registration fee is non-refundable.
- The organization reserves the right to use the Photographs taken at this event in social media, marketing materials, etc.
- The winning group(s) will be presented medals for each participant for all the Group contests.
- Age-appropriate groups may vary based on the actual number of registrations. Groups (age-appropriate) will be finalized after the registrations are closed for on-stage and off-stage contests.
- The number of winners in each age group depends on the total number of registrations in each contest category.
- The organization reserves the right to disqualify an entry if it does not comply with its mission and principles.
- The judge’s decision is final and irrevocable.
